PURPOSES OF THE POSITION
Supervises all accounting, management, treasury, tax and financial communication functions. ✔ Pilot the financial and budgetary strategy of the company, the investment and development policy of the departments, aiming at competitiveness gains.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Financial information
Develop the budget and the plan of the company in accordance with the strategic choices of the general management and the shareholders,
Be the guarantor of the reliability of the reporting: prepare the monthly and quarterly results, analyze the deviations from the budget and from the previous year,
Produce financial statements intended for shareholders and legal bodies, manage financial communication,
Design and write commentaries on the company’s results.
Accounting
Ensure the application of group procedures and accounting standards: define the application methods and then ensure the application of these standards and analyze their tax consequences,
Validate the accounting statements and the main closing choices,
Validate tax choices with the tax specialist, statutory auditors and auditors.
Treasury
Guarantee the security of financial flows,
Make the available funds grow,
Anticipate short and medium term external financing needs, develop financing plans, validate cash budgets,
Analyze, with the treasurer, cash flow monitoring and deviations from forecasts.
Management control
Define the main orientations of the controls and key indicators to be implemented and the reporting framework intended for general management,
Set up and improve procedures for managing and optimizing the flow of financial information and guaranteeing their reliability,
Prepare presentations to the control committee and the board of directors.
Banking relations
Find the most suitable bank financial assistance,
Monitor and adapt outstanding amounts to changes in the financial markets.
Information system
Pilot the implementation of the information system and monitor its evolution.

Internal control
Ensure the existence and effectiveness of measures intended to reduce exposure to risks.
Data Room
Conduct financial operations such as fundraising, carrying out an investment project (by merger or acquisition) or sale of shares for the entire Group.
Supervision of the Finance department
Supervise employees and departments in charge of financial and accounting activities, management control, consolidation and the information system,
Animate the function through the issues decided, the development of employees and training.
INITIAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED
DCG, DSCG, Business and Management School accounting diplomas or equivalent acquired through experience,
Specialized Masters CCA (accounting, control, audit) or finance or equivalent acquired through experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Mastery of different accounting and financial techniques (financing, investments, process, performance measurement, etc.),
Mastery of the use of IT management concepts and tools,
Mastery of synthesis writing techniques,
English proficiency.
