Qualifications
Digital educational background with a strong GPA
0-3 years of work experience
Proven track record in digital field (Bootcamps, workshops, etc.)
Experience managing conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem with hands on experience with bid managers, ad-servers, DMPs and DSPs
Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
Strong track record of delivering customer acquisition performance – managing performance marketing channels (SEM, paid social, display/programmatic, affiliate, email)
Experience utilizing first and third party data for segmentation, audience creation, targeting and personalization
Experience with marketing analytics and attribution
Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital marketing topics across various verticals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with senior marketing leaders and IT leaders
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel
