The Role
The Direct Sales Agent workd in the Retail Banking team and is taked with the primary responsibility of growing the Bank’s customer base. He/ she is responsible for creating awareness of the Bank’s products and services, meeting potential customers and closing sales as part of the new customer acquisition process. The Direct Sales Agent identifies opportunities to increase sales in the department and assists in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Qualification and Experience
Advanced Diploma in sales and marketing/banking
Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or a business related field will be preferred
Minimum of 2 years in sales experience within the financial services
