Job Description
Assist in Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Collaborating with the KAMs in Creating informative presentations for industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
Collaborating with the Marketing team in Web Design, Graphic Design, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Management, Email Marketing, Content Marketing and Google Analytics.
Working closely with different team members to learn more about the company and products.
