Talent Acquisition Partner, life science focus, MENA remote (m/f/d)

Danaher Talent Acquisition currently have an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will support Hiring Managers across the MENA Lifesciences & Diagnostic Platform.
In your daily role you will:

Partner with HR leads and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs
Lead talent identification and engagement for positions at various levels in multiple departments
Drive recruitment strategy meetings, qualify candidates, assist decision-making and placement of successful candidates
Build partnerships ensuring a smooth recruiting and selection process gaining in-depth knowledge of the job specifications qualifications, experience, skills and competencies to be successful in position
Be a subject matter authority with sourcing techniques and strategies to identify prospective talent supporting current and future recruiting
Utilise social media, LinkedIn, internet search engines and databases, Boolean search strings, x-raying, job boards, etc.
Enthusiastically build and maintain talent pools of pre-screened candidates for various positions and geographic areas to reduce sourcing times on future searches
Manage the phone interview schedule process
Ensure that the Talent Acquisition team provide an outstanding high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience through all points of the recruitment cycle
Leading the continuous improvement of Recruiting critical metrics
Ensuring full use of our system capabilities, including Applicant Tracking System (Workday), websites and social media
Contribute to the development and implementation of regional and global Recruiting initiatives
Develop, optimize and manage recruitment vendor relationships, keeping utilization to a minimum

Key skills and experiences we will need you to have:

Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ year’s equivalent experience
Business fluent English and any Arabic would be a plus
Be able to spend 20%+ on site with our partners combined with home office and travel (<10%)  At least 3+ year’s full-cycle recruiting experience sourcing candidates for biotech, medical diagnostics, life sciences or engineering industries What makes you an amazing fit for this role: You're a detective, marketer, salesperson, negotiator, advisor rolled into one!
