Human Resource Officer

The company is seeking to recruit a competent and qualified Human resource officers with the following descriptions and specifications.

Role summary
Have a wealth of experience in human resource management.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Administering staff compensation, benefit & performance management.
Undertake routine maintenance of staff data in the system
Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements
Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
Undertake recruitment and selection of new staff
Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
Organize and conduct interview
Undertake induction and orientation process for new staff
Coordinate probation assessments for staff on probation

Education and other requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Key requirements and skills

Proficiency in excel and other computer skills
Experience from a large manufacturing industry is an added advantage
Experience with SAP system is an added advantage.Good communication skills.
People management skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality

Experience
2 years working experience.
