Main Purpose of Role
To establish, build and generate on-going business for ViewMedia’s satellite broadcast platforms in East Africa
Key Accountabilities
Work with manager and marketing to draw up and implement plan of market engagement in terms of who, what and where
Qualification of leads and pipeline
Meet targets
Build relationships with TV channels, broadcasters, OTT providers, and other key industry media players
Maintain sales activity records and reports on CRM system
Manage sales and account management processes
Forecast revenue
Travel to customers in region to generate business and maintain relationships

Technical aptitude & understanding of multi-media content distribution methods
Knowledge of satellite broadcast markets in the region
Experience
Essential:
3+ years direct sales experience
Broadcast industry experience
Desirable:
Worked for a small-medium sized company
International business experience
Experience with religious broadcasters
