You will optimise delivery flows of teams, help them address challenges around complexity, risks, issues and dependencies and identify innovative ways to to remove blockers
Together with product and engineering managers you will lead a continuous planning process, translating strategic roadmaps into specific requirements and plans, identifying dependencies across workstreams, and coordinating delivery
You will also work directly on the delivery of key solutions and projects, focusing especially on higher-level strategic delivery work and the most complex delivery and service challenges
You will ensure that our solutions and systems provide high levels of availability, performance, and security – providing guidance and leadership at both build and run time
You will improve our insights into the levers that affect service outcomes for deployed solutions and drive continuous improvement through better monitoring, logging, tracing, and reporting
