Job Description
Key responsibilities
Prepare financial statements for projects including profit and loss statements
Carry out analysis of project expenditure noting variances to budgets/previous forecast
Prepare periodical cash flow analysis on project requirements
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of customer invoices for goods supplied & services rendered and attend to billing queries
Preparation of monthly accounts receivable reconciliations and distribution of debtors statements
Asset management
Carry out account receivable functionalities
Carry out ERP posting and reconciliations as required.
Participate in the monthly stock take and prepare reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Ensure statutory compliance in all relevant areas of financial management and accounting
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
Qualified Certified Public Accountant (K) / other recognized accountancy qualification (ACCA)
Minimum 5 years accounting experience
Good working knowledge of a high end accounting software preferably SAP
Strong Analytical Skills
Mature, self-driven professional with good communication skills and high level of integrity
Should be available immediately
