Customer Marketing strategies

Annual Customer Marketing Plans for key brands developed
Identifying Target customers
Aligning customer Marketing Plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives and account plans
Developing Channel and sub-channel strategies

Implement parts of Customer Marketing strategies

Implementing annual customer marketing plans for each brand
Developing Sales support presentations developed
Defining and Implementing a POS plan
Developing Customer Marketing promotional calendar developed
Managing sponsorships and their execution in co-ordination with Brand Managers and Brand Ambassadors.
Communicating brand standards, plans, strategy, and marketing programs to key stakeholders (internal & external)

Evaluation of Customer Marketing strategies

Evaluating Annual Customer Marketing Plans for each brand for effectiveness
Tracking and recording Customer Marketing activities
Making recommendations for future Customer Marketing Plans

Coordinate with Marketing and Sales

Making Internal stakeholders aware of Customer Marketing activities
Facilitating proper flow of information between Marketing and Sales departments

Collaborate with external agencies

 Giving external agencies necessary support to deliver project objectives
Giving input in briefs to Agencies for promotions in the On/Off Trade
Effectively managing the merchandising team along with the Modern Trade Manager.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Technical & Management Skills:

Sense of business and strategic agility
Balanced capabilities with regard to understanding brand strategies with a sales translation
Advanced financial aptitude and familiarity with cost-benefit analysis
Understanding of tracking metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness
High computer literacy: reporting and presentations with fluent use and application of spreadsheet and database programs i.e. Excel or Access
Building effective relationships across the organization and with key stakeholders
Ability to navigate in an amorphous environment
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

Personal & interpersonal skills:

Self-motivated and passionate about brand development
Outgoing with excellent people skills
Action-oriented with an inherent drive for results
Highly creative with ability to learn fast

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Business Administration, Marketing or similar business degree.
Min 5yrs experience in consumer products marketing and/or sales with significant exposure to brand building activity
Strong sensitivity to the luxury or premium goods universe
