Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Qualifications
Person who worked through out in a hard core sales organizations in his career for over 10 years.
Person who has a history of overachieving his or her targets.
Person who can also lead a team to bring the results.
At least 5 years in leading people.
Very good in communication and presentation.
Very planned and strategic in his quarter targets and meetings.
Can’t feel demotivated even after 20 failed attempts in a day.
