Primary Responsibilities;
Manage the global recruitment process, centralize the hiring process and also include new hiring manager training
Onboard and offboard all emplyees
Support in design and implementation of employee development and training
Ensure employee health, safety and wellness
Requirements;
Over 5 years professional experience working with people and/or human resources
MBA or post graduate qualification
Ability to design and implement human resource solutions from seed
Experience within the financial services sector
Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences
