Reporting Lines
The Sales Manager reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Key Functions
Identify market opportunities by gaining a significant understanding of target customers both B2B and B2C
Achievement of monthly sales volume and value targets across all SKUs
Maintain and build solid trade relations with key customers, identify new customers, and sales opportunities for our financial solutions.
Compiling and submission of required sales and market intelligence reports (trade surveys, sales contact reports, daily/weekly reports, and competitor activity reports)
Implementation of the tactical strategies and initiatives for the sales and marketing teams
Preparing professional and timely client presentations/proposals as may be needed
Requirements
2+ years of work experience in the FinTech industry.
A strong network in the IT and financial services sector
Can work in a non-office environment and can deliver without active supervision
Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint/presentation ability
